The business context

Keep the personal story.
Make the range easy to explore.

Mishthi Sattva’s story begins in Cherry Bansal’s home kitchen in Kotkapura. Its range spans homemade foods, spices and wellness products. The website brings that breadth together without separating the shop from its origins.

The central design question is simple: how can a visitor discover what is available, understand the brand and find a route to ordering without losing the warmth of a homegrown business?

The delivered experience connects product browsing, the founder story, online ordering and WhatsApp contact. This case study examines that design, rather than presenting an unverified account of the client’s original brief.

Products first

A large food photograph gives the homepage a clear subject. The routes to bestsellers and product guidance sit beside the introductory message.

A consistent identity

Deep green, warm cream and gold accents connect the home, shop and story screens. Serif headings give the presentation an editorial feel.

A visible human presence

The founder has a dedicated story page, while WhatsApp contact remains visible alongside the shopping experience.

Product discovery

A broad range.
A clearer way in.

The shop brings search, category navigation and sorting into the browsing experience. Product photography, names and short descriptions create a consistent way to explore the range.

The design intent is to make discovery easier. Sales and conversion improvements have not been measured for this case study.

The founder story

Not just what is made.
Who is behind it.

The story page gives Cherry Bansal’s home-kitchen origins room to be read. Her photograph and the narrative sit together, adding context beyond the product catalogue.

A dedicated story page keeps the founder’s narrative part of the wider store experience.

The delivered experience

One place to discover,
understand and order.

The website brings the product range, brand narrative and shopping journey into a single presence. Visitors can explore the shop, read about its origins and use WhatsApp as a contact route.

That is the documented outcome here: a connected ecommerce experience. No sales uplift, ranking improvement or client testimonial is claimed.
